原文意思：
现在的技术允许生产商比以往做出更省油的车。
题目分析：
我举一个例子，假如我说一句话：＂英吉的分比任何人的分都高＂，这句话存在什么问题？因为任何人的分包括我自己的分，我总不能自己比自己的分数高吧，所以应该改成：＂英吉的分比其他人的分都高才合理。 根据这个道理我们可以把 AB 和 E 都干掉。 C 和 D 进行比较，关键就是把 cars 这个词汇放前面还是后面， 由于 than 后面马上说了 those， 为了表示 cars和 those 的对比，应该先说 cars，选 C。
