例：Changes in sea level are not only a result of changes in water temperature, affecting water density, but of melting glaciers as well.

原文意思：
海平面的变化不仅仅是水温变化的结果而且是冰山融化的结果
题目分析：
原文由 not only but also 形成了一个并列关系，A 后面用 but of，和前面的 not only 不对应，干掉！
B but also 后面说 when 和前面也不对应，干掉！
C not only 后面跟 of 引导的介词短语 but also 后面跟名词，不对应，干掉
D not only 和 but also 后面都跟介词短语，比较对应，留着！
E 后面用 but as well，显然不合适，干掉！
