原文意思：
　在一个地方的土壤下，一种东西慢慢地干一件事情，变成了一个什么东西。
题目分析
　A 用 to become 意思就是这个东西慢慢地干一件事情目的是变成 1 个东西，意思有点别扭。
　B 用 and so becoming 和前面无法形成并列对应关系，干掉。C 说这个东西慢慢地干了一件事从而变成了一个什么东西，逻辑通顺。
　D 用 and has become 就无法和前面形成并列关系，干掉。
　E 连谓语都没有，杀！
